One University, two unique campuses

Le Bouveret, Switzerland
The first year of the Bachelor Program– the Immersion Year and the Wine Business Management Certificate are held at our Campus in Le Bouveret. This French-speaking Swiss village sits on the beautiful shore of Lake Geneva at the border of France, near Evian. It offers an elegant lifestyle and many cultural destinations nearby. The campus is shared with the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, where students partner in learning service and operations and enjoy gastronomic meals prepared by the culinary students. Le Bouveret offers a lovely blend of Swiss and French culture and activities ranging from active and alpine to culture and gastronomy.

Brig, Switzerland
The Master’s program and the final years of the Bachelor’s program are held at our Campus in Brig. Nestled in the Valais region at the foot of the Alps, this German-speaking town is at the border of Italy. Brig is also where you will find Restaurant Alpina, our 100-seat, student-run restaurant, where students operate the venue for a season in partnership with the Culinary Arts Academy students. Brig offers a relaxed lifestyle and a host of alpine activities to keep you busy. From enjoying the convergence point of Italian and Swiss culture to exploring the famous Matterhorn and alpine villages, Brig can’t be beat.

The Great Outdoors
