New leadership approaches are needed to cope with economic, social, and technological changes and effectively shape them. This program examines the realities of becoming an authentic leader in the 21st century, from strategic decision-making, people and performance management, and successful negotiation, to organizational and marketing management. This master will allow students to be an efficient leader and adapt to future company changes, focusing on strategic thinking and executive skills.
