Changes in social and digital media have dramatically redefined the skills needed for communication and public relations. Now that customers and brands are so interconnected, professionals in the industry are expected to manage increasingly complicated public relations campaigns. This program will allow students to stay ahead of emerging developments and apply the new technologies and techniques for communication.

  • A head of corporate communications is responsible for an organization’s external communication. These professionals are tasked with writing and editing corporate materials on behalf of top management
  • A fundraising manager is responsible for gathering funds from the public and donors, they have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A director of public relations is responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of strategies to establish, promote, and maintain a positive image of an organization.
  • A media director ensures the optimal media mix for an organization’s paid advertising activities to achieve the organization’s objectives.
